I got the drivers from fuijtsu siemens homepage, but the sound driver isn't working or is there some other problem?
I dont know if this matters here, but under device manager, i have a YELLOW ? at other devices - PCI device.

Is your sound card plugged into a pci slot? does it show up in device manager? If your answers are yes and no, respectively, you can try to update the driver of the ? item. otherwise, try the add hardware wizard. You have on-board Realtek High Definition Audio Controller. It's always better to get drivers from the source: http://www.realtek.com.tw/downloads/downloadsView.aspx?Langid=1&PNid=14&PFid=24&Level=4&Conn=3&DownTypeID=3&GetDown=false
