Solve : non-functioning mouse in Word? |

When she opens a document in MS Word the mouse will not function in the document: can't CUT and copy or paste or HIGHLIGHT It will however, function on all the tabs such as Home, page setup etc. It tried the mouse in email, WordPerfect and it WORKS perfectly. Has anyone ever EXPERIENCED this oddity?Open Word in Safe Mode (hold CTRL while opening Word and say YES when asked if you want to open in safe mode). Does the problem occur in safe mode?She TURNED on her laptop this afternoon and everything was working perfectly. Sometimes, it's best to reboot. |
