Answer» I'm having a problem with Norton Antivirus 2008 it seems to have been making my internet connection speeds on my computer go down to 11MB. I'm guessing a firewall or some sort of blocking program on it is messing with the singal I have no idea how to fix it. Any idea's?Yes.
