Answer» I am running WINDOWS XP and having problems with norton internet security. It often fails to launch properly. When it fails, i try and launch it myself but it says "only supervisor can be granted access" so i have to turn PC off & back on until it launches itself properly. When it doesnt launch, i cannot access any of my bank account/ ebay account pages. It's DRIVING me mad.Are you logging on as Admin? Hit Ctrl + Alt + Del to bring up your task mananger and see what you are logged on as. BlahBlahBlah/YourUserName Then go to your control panel and check users&passwords to see what privileges YourUserName has.I am the only one who has an account and i am the administrator.Reinstall the program and make certain it is configured to be installed/used for all accounts.oh bum.
