Answer» anytime i try to monkey around with SETTINGS on NORTON, i TELLS me i dont have the privilliage to, THIS IS MY COMPUTER, I DO TOWhich operating system? If WinXP are you set up as the administrator? When you installed it were you in the administrator ACCOUNT and set it to respond to all users? Has it always been this way? Did something happen prior to this? More info please.
