Answer» my wifes comp is vista an it keeps blackscreening when i open IE, Firefox if i open anything it CRASHES pretty much i was tryin to fix it but she WANTS me to RESTORE factory defaults, it doesnt have a disk or anything so what id like to know is, is there a way to format without the disk? ive tried this: Control Panel, then to Admin Tools, and then to COMPUTER Management, Storage, and Disk Drives. but i dont wanna ruin the pc could someone help me out? thanks in advanceMore info on the machine in question and someone will be along SHORTLY...
