Which OPERATING system are you using ? How is your hard drive formatted ........ is it ....FAT , FAT 32 or NTFS ?

dl65 I beleive it's formatted ntfs. That's the thing,When I use the fdisk,i get to a screen that say's.your drive mu=ight be ntfs,it doesn't have fave fat32,or if I need a thrid party disk,at one time this drive was used by a company.The keystrokes I asked about are to see if I can format or not.mac7.......Ok .....So you WANT to do a format ..........Then if you want to format C drive ........
Do you have a bootable Win O/S disk ?
or ......
are you trying to do it with a win 98 BOOT disk ?

Which O/S are you planning on installing ?
