Answer» I was WONDERING if all or most regular PC's (I have a HP Media Center PC m1070n) can play PAL dvd's... (I can't seem to find the info on the HP site.) I live in the U.S. and I want to see a region 0 PAL dvd. (I dunno if this band Nightwish is gonna come out with a NTSC version of the dvd... lol I POSTED that question on the Ask the Band part of the site and they have yet to reply.) Sorry if this is in the wrong section... I'm not quite sure if this fits here... And I also have to say I've asked a few questions on this forum before and you guys really help... you rock! most PC dvd players can switch between ntsc and pal, however some have a inbuilt counter that only lets you switch a certain number of times the is no differnce in the hardwareWhy would they limit the number of times you switch?
