Answer» Hi! Newbie here.... I was just wondering if I really need NVIDIA on my PC. I'm running Windows XP Pro 2003. 5.1.2600 Service PACK 2 Build 2600. I get that annoying balloon message that say's "SLI multi-GPU rendering has been disabled..." blah, blah, blah. I have got to stop dowloading things that I think I need on this pc. I'm a "junior-senior citizen", so maybe that explains why I do these things. Any input would be appreciated & if you need more info on the system, let me know. Thanks, nuzzum what video card do you have?Hi , Sorry 'bout that. I was LOOKING at my invoice & it says I have the 2005 version! The only thing I see that looks like it would be a video card says all on one line, "256MB PCI Express x 16 (DVI/VGA/TV-out) nVidia GeForce 6800"
Does that help?

C drive: Free Space: 152 GB Total Size : 228 GB
External Hard Drive: Free Space: 443 GB Total Size: 465 GB you need nvidia drives try going to start and RIGHT click on my computer and click on properties and go to the hardware tab and select device manager do you see any q marksno ? marks. The only thing that's "weird" is for "Magic ISO Host Controller"... there's a yellow triangle with an ! in it. I clicked on it & it said (device type: SCSI & RAID controllers) Windows cannot load the device driver for this hardware. The driver may be corrupted or missing. (Code 39) I think I downloaded this one, too.
