I have a problem when "reading to image file" in CloneCD
Version 5.0.4.2 ,my PC slows down terribly ,I can't run music
or type in the notepad because it talks LOTS of time
to open or use any of them ...it is even too slow to open
"my computer" window!! my pc specs are
-INTEL Pentium 4 2,8 G.H.
-768 MB of ram,,
-80 GB hard space..

I HOPE someone TELLL me if it is a nature of the programme or
I have to change some settings..

I don't have that t problem at all. Is that the only variable INVOLVED? Everything was fine then you installed CloneCD and immediately everything slowed down?I don't have that problem at all. You can also try uninstalling and reinstalling the program.ok i will try what you said..but this only happens "while" copying the cd..after that,everything becomes noraml again..Let us know. didn't work..i only run Daemon and soundmanager but i closed them both during the readingoperation..the slowdown remained..and btw,i have noticed that the sub=channel and main-channel buffer aren't filled while reading to image ..would it be some settings i have to change?Is it the latest version? Are you the registered owner? Have you contacted Slysoft Software or checked their page for tips for tweaking?-I don't think it is...but this version is registered...i didn't asked slysoft .hoping to have faster help here..I believe registered users get free updates for life. You may want to check into that.hard to that with a Dial-Up bro It's a pretty small download for the whole program - 2502 kb.
