hi everyone,

             do anyone KNOW that is there any open source gif animator software

          available on net.

        if it is written in visual basic. It will be more helpful.

       other languages are also fine.

      please help me.

Have you tried GIMP?I don't believe GIMP has GIF animation capability.

I think your expectations (open soucre and VB) might be unrealistic.  Anyway, I think you'll probably have to do some SERIOUS searching.  Start at:

Actually, it does.  You just have to DOWNLOAD the GIMP Animation Package (GAP)...

Granted, I don't think GIMP has VB functionality, but last I heard, they were trying to develop something for GIMP#, so it may possibly work to an extent...
