Solve : OpenIM?

I am trying to install openim on my SERVER and i followed the online installation guide. When i GET to RUNNING the batch file in dos, it hangs on a particular spot every time. Does anyone have any CLUES or suggestions.

System info:

Windows 2000 server
openim-1.2.1-bin is the fileHave you TRIED to install OpenIM 1.2.2 instead?
