Answer» Can anybody give me instructions on INSTALLING windows 98 on an older LAPTOP that has interchangeable cd-rom and floppy drives. When I BOOT from the floppy, it will not put the cd-rom driver on because it does not SEE it. I dont have the option of booting from the cd-rom. The boot order in the BIOS says expansion bays, not C:,D:,floppy.you must use a usb floppy,YOULL have to set your bios to boot from the usb port |
