Answer» I have USED Microsoft Plus on my home computer since 2009. I had to INSTALL a new hard drive on my computer. When I use the PRODUCT key to install Microsoft Plus on the new hard drive I get a MESSAGE saying the key is outdated.Is there anyway to get an UPDATED key? I backed up my data but can't use it now.Contact MS and explain the circumstances...they have a Toll-Free # |
