Answer» I was wondering why the contact was grayed out when I want to delegate. Can someone help? I have print screen it in attachment. Thanks. Is it only with this one user? Or does it do the same for anyone you choose? Do you have your contacts listed in the folder tree? I'm just trying to offer suggestions since I don't USE OUTLOOK 2000... (using 2003).When I add other user, I can see the contact. But, when I cancel it and TRY to add other user again, the contact grayed out again. How COME? How do I fix this? After I delete the mailbox and recreate, it works normal now.
