Answer» Hi, I am having problem to make my outlook 2002 to recognise contacts with local area code in be in a bracket. Example: 03 1234 7894 should be recognise in outlook as (03)12347894. I have already set in my country and area code under Action -&GT; Call Contact -> New call -> DIALLING properties -> Location. Thanks. I'm THINKING with dialing RULES you can only USE 0 through 9, and then maybe #,, and a comma, but not brackets or parentheses. Gizmo73*
