Answer» Here is my goal.
To use Outlook 2003 rules that will look at a new email and compare the address with those in my address book. If the email address is not in the book I WOULD LIKE to return the message to the sender with a note REQUESTING them to call me to be added.
Is this possible? Everything I have FOUND so far points to the FACT that actions can only be taken if the email is in the book versus taking action if it is not.
Thanks!!Detailed explanation:
