Answer» HELLO I am trying to synchronise my Yahoo! email account with MS Outlook 2007. Outlook asks me for my Yahoo! email and Yahoo! password and I get the following screens (please see attachments). When I type in my Yahoo! password in the box (Outlook2) and press OK, that box just keep on popping up - it doesn't get submitted ANYWHERE. It does this repeatedly (whether or not I 'check' the box called 'Save this password in your password list'). What could be causing that, please? [regaining SPACE - attachment deleted by admin]Is this a free Yahoo! Mail account or a paid account? Where did you get the account setup info to create this account in Outlook 2007?Hello soybean Thanks for your reply. It is a free Yahoo! Mail account. I have Outlook on my Start menu and it asks if I want to synchronise it with another account. I said 'yes', but it doesn't seem to like 'pop.mail.yahoo.com' (I do not have a yahoo.com address - I have a yahoo.co.uk address; not sure if that makes any difference) OR it doesn't like my Yahoo! password - and so the box in Outlook called 'Enter Network Password' is never submitted: I press OK, but the same box just reappears. The Yahoo! password works: I have just accessed the account to reply to your message.Unless the situation is different in the UK, Yahoo! Mail (the free account) is webmail; it does not work in an email client such as Outlook. You need a paid Yahoo! Mail Plus account.
