Answer» I'm using Outlook 2010. In Calendars I have "Calendar - Outlook", "Calendar - archive1" and "Calendar - Archives". How can I make it so I only have ONE calendar archive that houses all of my PAST appointments? Additional INFO: -The appointments in "Calendar - archive1" go back to 2010 and earlier, and the items in "Calendar - archives" go back to December, 2012 and earlier. -I currently use only one calendar in Outlook for all scheduling, "Calendar -iCloud". THANK you in advance for a detailed explanation! Import the full archives back into your MAIN calender and then re-archive it all one shot. Should do the trick.
