Answer» Using Outlook 2000 (my work account - I have no choice). The INBOX in my folder list is showing a BLUE 64 in brackets, indicating I have 64 unread messages. What's displaying on the SCREEN, however, is 5 messages, all read. The 64 unread sounds right, because I was away from the OFFICE last week and that's about my normal volume.
