Solve : Outlook email editior?

Answer»

I use Word as my Outlook email editor. Using "ENTER" for a new paragraph produces a blank line before the new line. This seems to be a function of "SPACE before" in the format paragraph menu. When I change this space before to "0", I get what I want but the next time I use outlook space before has "AUTO".
Does anyone know how I can make this change to "0" permanent. I haven't had any success with templates.I believe you NEED to open normal.dot, the default template for a new Word DOCUMENT, change the setting there and save that file under the same name. To get more info on changing the Normal template, open Help in Word and enter normal.dot in the Index search box. You should see a topic called Change the Normal template (Normal.dot).Don't use Word as your email editor. It does stupid things to your OUTGOING email that not all email recipients will be able to read (e.g. those using Thunderbird, Hotmail, Yahoo, Pegasus, etc, etc).
