Answer» Im trying to figure out a way to transfer a task list from Outlook Exchange to a regular Outlook. Basically I want to have a Task List located on the server so others can VIEW and edit the list. The company is no LONGER using the exchange server and the folder is located under the public folders called Regulatory. From my understanding the tasks are saved to that persons pst FILE along with email, contacts, calendar, etc. Is there a way to save the task as a different file seperately ? Would really appreciate some HELP. Thanks ScottYou can try move the task to a public folder on the server, to do that you will need to sign on as that user to ACCESS the mailbox and link the archives.
