Answer» I have a Dell with a 3 Ghz processor, 1 gig memory, RUNNING XP home SP3 Outlook express 6.0 just stopped loading. When I click on it, it comes up with the blue screen that say outlook express loading, but that's as FAR as it goes. It was working, but it just stopped. I am running CA antivirus. I scanned with MALWAREBYTES and didn't find anything. I tried to do a system restore but it said it couldn't do a system restore. System backup is on. I uninstalled outlook express and reinstalled it. Still does not work. Any HELP please.
