Solve : Outlook Mail deleted? |
|
Answer» When I read a message in the Inbox, it is no longer in the inbox when I close the message. It just started doing this, what is the PROCESS to stop deleting the messages after I have read them so they stay in the inbox as read? ThanksClick tools......and see you have chosen the automatic delete emails.......after reading them!re-check your ouloook settings! That was my guess, too, but when I checked Tools in my version of Outlook 2000 I didn't see any option there for automatically deleting read messages. Let us know if this works, Esmith. There was no option to automatically delete mail in the tools menu. Also, im using Outlook 2002, which im guessing isnt too different from Outlook 2000. It all started when I tried to add another account to this outlook, it erased all the old EMails in both accounts. I know its a setting somewhere, I just cant place it for some reason. Ive been through EMail accounts and Options over and over again with no luck. Completely stumped and the boss doesnt know what HAPPENED either. Check with your isp> |
