Answer» When I try to move new messages in, error message insists I first delete stuff. But it won't let me delete or move or archive anything. I would prefer to EXPAND the size limit. I'm TRYING to move messages from my previous network mailbox into personal folders and preserve them for move ONTO new MACHINE. Also, when I try to simply "open" saved .pst files they end up as an attachment to an email after a year or two of grinding away. have you emptied 'Deleted Items' ?? when you try to delete messages do you use 'Shift' 'Delete' or just 'Delete' ?? if this is on a domain, the ADMIN may have put quotas on the size. here's how to change sizes of personal folders in 2003 and 2007 http://support.microsoft.com/kb/830336
