Answer» Hello- I'm trying to get Outlook to send and RECEIVE with a new ISP account and keep getting prompted to log-on. After browsing Windows Help and Support Center I arrived at the following link: http://support.microsoft.com/kb/831060/en-us?spid=2520&sid=global After opening up regEdit.exe and trying to browse to the key HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Microsoft\Office\11.0\Outlook\RPC in order to edit the values as mentioned in the article, I FIND that the RPC is missing? What should I do now? Any help is welcome. -NubiaReinstall Office?I can't. I no LONGER have the cds.Hmmm, I don't know what to tell you, then. SWITCH to free Open Office?
