Solve : outlook "rules"? |

Answer» I cannot set an email rule that works after I have set it up and "TESTED" it. Example: I keep getting emails from an on-line casino which includes "rack up some quick cash" in the text body. I carefully set up a rule to redirect any emails with this condition into my deleted folder instead of my JUNK mail folder. When I tick the box saying "run this rule now?" and hit enter, the junk mail folder is emptied and the emails go to deleted items. BUT when I say apply and OK to "file" the rule, the next time an email comes in, it goes to junk mail and just SITS there WITHOUT being redirected to deleted items. |
