Answer» In MS Outlook, can send but not RECEIVE. Tried going to the send/receive settings and then to Define send/receive groups but nothing happens. On other PC's another box pops up. Anybody KNOW what the problem could be.In Outlook, POP3 MAIL server is dealing with sending emails. Check your POP mail server address. It's the incoming mail server address that gave you your ISP, Web Mail like gmail, yahoo, hotmail etc. Give more info about your mail server. You can check your POP from Tools-->Accounts-->Mail tab-->Servers and Properties. What you have in Incoming Mail (POP3) Server option. Also check your password and USERNAME.
