Solve : Packet Tracer? |
|
Answer» Does anybody here know how to insert a picture into packet tracer so that i can design and configure a network. I have a picture of an office and i need to insert it into packet tracer. I have managed to insert it as a BACKGROUND, but i can only place PC's and router on it in LOGICAL mode, but the only way you can manipulate the cabling is to insert the picture when in physical mode, but when in physical mode i can not place any PCS etc on to the image. Any ideas ?What size is the image ? ? Its 669 x 478 pixels and its a 11kb png imageThis doesn't sound like just a packet tracer to me. It sounds like a network diagram layout EDITOR. Could you be more specific about which program it is that you're using? The software is Packet Tracer http://www.cisco.com/web/learning/netacad/course_catalog/PacketTracer.html Although, what i asked in my OP, i don't think is possible.Ah, I see. It's called "Packet Tracer", but it isn't a packet tracer. Confusing. Sorry - I would guess you'll need to read the manual, unless you can find a Cisco SPECIALIST who's familiar with the program. |
