Answer» i bought two programs TOP style pro and CSEhtml validator..neither one will WORK..the top style refuses to validate using the validate option of the program..just says its cannot connect..CSE html validator checks for updates to make sure you really have bought the program and it won't work..it just sits there..the two progrms work fine on an old computer i have..tried that after all other avenues had bee investigated..shutting down firwalls, virus protection etc..nothing worked..even did the registry ..clean it out and tried again..nothing..since it works on the old computer i am assuming there is a conflict with something but i need to know how to find this out thanks marionSince you seem to be REFERRING to "old computer" I will assume you have a "new computer". Are they the same OS? Do the specs on these programs state they will run on your OS?yes i have a new coputer..both computers RAN window xp..
