Answer» I have a Panasonic DV601 that comes with a DISC that is GOOD for a old windows PROGRAM. The drivers do not work on windows Xp etc. Does anyone have KNOWLEDGE of a program that will work on XP windows 8 or a mac computer. I have 30 or some home movies and I want to take them off the TAPE before they go bad. I have a usb connecter, rca cable, and a firewire. None of my computers work. The computer recognizes the camera but it will not download etc. The error message Mkemusb.sys comes up when I hook up the usb cable.Try using Windows XP compatibility mode, http://support.microsoft.com/kb/301911 no guarantees though. |
