Solve : PC not booting properly.?

Answer»

Hoping someone could solve my dilemma.
Software/Driver? I've disabled/enabled one at a time the 3 CONTROLLERS I found in the BIOS and the issue persists.
Or, the Power and Reset cables are on the correct pins, but could one or both be upside down? On those 2 cables, white(not black) is the common color so would white be ground?
Along w/ a few upgraded parts, installed 7 to new SSD.
The PC has to be reset after Power On to get it to boot.
It then boots to the screens posted at photobucket in the LINK below.
Screen 1 - after USB Controllers... it COUNTS down the MB of memory and stops the count @ 79xx altho 8192 is installed. Then proceeds to:
Screen 2 - here it will list the SSD as seen and the hdd and od before CONTINUING to
Screen 3's System Configuration.
After timer or , it will boot to windows.

The password to this album with the 3 screenshots is 3xbootup

Thank YouDid you run the default BIOS configuration? Make sure the hard drive is on first boot sequence. Check also if you have QUICK boot option to enable.
