Solve : PC wont run data cds, will run music cds Windows 7?

The pc whirrs & loads data CDS, but nothing comes up, will play all music cds in Windows Media.
No errors, only states DISC is EMPTY, have tried other discs.
Listed in Device Manager is lite-on DVDRW SHW-16358
Any ideas?No need for multiple Posts on the same issue...
