Solve : PCI Parallel Port?

Answer»

Hi,

I have installed PCI I/O Card on my desktop for Parallel Printer Port. Unable to find the driver for XP SP3.
In Device Manager, there are three items under Other Devices with yellow question mark;
PCI Parallel Port
PCI Serial Port
PCI Serial Port

Here are the Hardware ID's for PCI Parallel Port:
PCI\VEN_9710&DEV_9865&SUBSYS_2000A000&REV_00
PCI\VEN_9710&DEV_9865&SUBSYS_2000A000
PCI\VEN_9710&DEV_9865&CC_070103
PCI\VEN_9710&DEV_9865&CC_0701

Buddy, its a new card I bought with my desktop. The driver CD with it is not working.
Have COMPLAINED the same to the STORE owner today.If it's new then he's selling you a no-name knock-off card that isn't working...

I'd demand satisfaction on the purchase or tell him he can take the machine back.
