Solve : PCI scanner Error?

I have GOT a problem after booting my PC it shows a error "PCI scanner error". after clicking all OKs , the error message goes away. How to rectrify & what may be probable causes?
FIRST place to check is device MANAGER.

Right click on my computer and click on "manage"

click on device manager on the left hand side.

Do you see any question marks or exclamation points next to any of your drivers?

Also, what OS are you on? more information would be helpful
