Answer» i am totally confused. this is what is see in my other devices - hardware manager.
it has question (?) over the card.
shaw CABLE told me i need to GET a driver - SINCE i REINSTALLED xp due to a bad virus.
is there a generic driver - or how do i know if 3com, intel, realtek, etc.
please help.
thanks.Go to the manuf. of the devices website and search by model # and Windows version to DLoad and install the correct drivers...it may be listed in device manager...right click it and select properties for details...
