I used Paperlessprinter, A program I found to convert the files to .bmp and opened paint to fill it in. It's up to the creator to make that a feature of the file when they create it. It's possible they are using a freeware PDF WRITER rather than Adobe Acrobat to do this and the software may not even have the option. But, you might inquire about that or suggest they add this feature if possible.
