What exactly do you mean? Do you have access to the server (besides browsing with the internet)? How is it protected? Are you trying to modify it after you downloaded it onto your computer? More details would help .

8-)fffreakI had no access. I found away around my problem. I just wanted to fill it in using my computer because my hand-writing is poor.
I used Paperlessprinter, A program I found to convert the files to .bmp and opened paint to fill it in. Kind of a pain in the Arse, but it worked, thanks for the speedy replyGlad to here you solved your problem .

8-)fffreakWell, Nicademous, no one can "access" it, by your definition of access which means being able to fill in blanks as a PDF document, right from your computer keyboard. It's up to the creator to make that a feature of the file when they create it. It's possible they are using a freeware PDF WRITER rather than Adobe Acrobat to do this and the software may not even have the option. But, you might inquire about that or suggest they add this feature if possible. Would you HAPPEN to know of any such freeware>?> here < is one.

8-)fffreakfffreak, the free Foxit Reader is SIMPLY a reader, an alternative to Adobe Reader. It will not allow him to fill in the blanks on his computer screen. If one of the Foxit programs will allow filling in blanks on PDF documents, it would be Foxit PDF Creator, which is not free and, besides, I do not believe it has the capability to create PDF documents that can be filled in.

Here are two freeware PDF creation programs: PdfEdit995 and CutePDF Writer. Quote
