Answer» Hi Running Photoshop7 with Windows XP PROF. photoshop will not open it starts up but will not open, there is a prompt saying that there is a LOCKED file, question where do u go to find the locked file and how do unlock it. Have already reinstalled photoshop but STILL the same prompt.Have you scanned for any viruses and spyware? Does photoshop have any updates for you to install? Windows Updates?
