Solve : Photoshop crashed... Help?!?

I was in the middle of MAKING SOMETHING in photoshop when it crashed.
I can still see EVERYTHING, but it wont let me click anything or let me minimize or close it.

Stupidly, I haven't saved the work and I don't want to close it through task manager.
Can ANYONE HELP me save my work?

If it's not responding at all you really have no choice.  It's always a good idea to save your work.Yep, I should of saved it.
