Answer» Is there a solution for viewing pictures randomly from several folders on to a TV? I have an external hard drive with family pictures, they are separated into year folders and to watch them I need to use one folder at a time. Is there a way to view pictures rolling randomly from several folders? First post by the way :-)There is no way I know of for doing that but a way of seeing all photos would be to make a folder dedicated to TV viewing and copy the family photos to it. If you'd rather not have duplicated photo files on the USB drive, perhaps copy the family folder onto a USB stick and PLUG that into the TV for viewing the photos. I have used this solution myself for SELECTED photos and music. EVERYTHING is STORED on a 1TB external USB drive but music tracks are copied to a USB stick for playing via the TV, which is coupled to the sound system. ALSO another USB stick plugged into the TV with photos on.
