I need help, I have a computer with WINDOWS Vista, and a Radeon 9200 graphics card. When I try to load up City of heroes it GIVES me these messages

1.Your card or DRIVER doesn't support GL_EXT_compiled_vertex_array
2.Your card or driver doesnt support GL_ARB_multitexture
3.Your card or driver doesn't support GL_ARB_texture compression

Now before Vista I used this very computer to play City of Heroes. But now SINCE it's been upgraded to Vista I can't. I even downloaded

ATI Catalyst Video Driver Beta Vista RC1

this was supposed to fix the problem but once I installed it nothing happened. A floder has been put into my hard drive but there is supposed to be a folder in the start menu and there isn't. I don't know what to do, I have been on this computer since about 10 a.m. trying to find out what to do. Has anyone else have this problem or know how to fix it?
