Answer» sir, i am using DELL inspiron 1545 with 320 gb hdd/ 3 gb RAM/ t6600 core 2 duo 2.2 ghz processors win7 home basic...... from last some days laptop's bluetooth has stopeed working. i tried to reinstall driver from the recovery disc given by the Dell everything install correctly except bluetooth peripheral device. in device manager it shows ? mark on other device tag under which bluetooth peripheral devices are shown. i tried to automatic update the driver too, but that to could not help, saying to REFER to original device manufacture. i refered to widcomm as it is default sofware provider for my laptop, tried to install the software.....but it also says that can't install blutooth software refer to your device manufacture.
at the matter of notification ......the bluetooth icon is being shown as normal, but if i want to ADD any device it simply says no device found....... to cross check the serviceability of bluetooth i searched my computer by my phone: as a result, as expected it detects but fails to pair with my laptop's bluetooth device........
please do the needfull
just check this report if needed......

thanks in advanceReboot your PC, and then try pairing your bluetooth devices again. Make sure to enable the option on your computer allowing it to connect with external devices through bluetooth. You can try to read the HELP topics of your computer. Mine is HP, so I think it's somewhat different for DELL PCs.Problem We Came Across That You Might Be Facing: 1.Bluetooth Settings Are Been Poked 2.Bluetooth Hardware Has Gave up 3.Bluetooth Software Or Driver Problem
First Type In Search Box -Bluetooth You Will see Change Bluetooth Settings Select it And Click On RESTORE Defaults And Apply The Settings
OR Uninstall Full Bluetooth Driver And Download the Bluetooth Driver From Dell Site of your Own Configuration And Install It
