Answer» I have Incredimail 2 and it will not recognize pop or my smtp PROTOCOL. I have att.net as my web page. The same problem is with Microsoft office outlook 2003. I have ME and internet 8 as my BROWSER. These protocols onced worked. What am I doing wrong? Not really an answer to your question, but...... ME?
