Answer» I am a student in SEE-University (MACEDONIA). There are some computer centers where you can use computers, but the problem is You can not use mIRC to relax some time (because of closen ports)! So, I wonder is there any software who can find free ports for connecting!If you ar eusing some ELSE's computer and there are RESTRICTIONS you should ABIDE by those. There is a reason for this, and if you don't KNOW ask the Administrator of the system to explain it. It is not a random occurrence.
