Solve : power cable for hard drive?

I want to install a new hard drive on my sony VAIO, hwever the power cable on the old HD has a pin connector and the new ONE has a sata connection is there a JUMPER cable?

Molex to SATA connector.

 Me Too, I love to learn  That is surpriseing, this is kind of a common item.  If it is needed that is,  from ide drives to two way splitters
