Answer» When CONVERTING from a .pptx to .ppt the size of my file jumped from 600kb to 6mb. I have to GET the file size down to under 1mb and in a .ppt format. Does anyone know how to reduce the file size? I have already tried compressing the pictures in powerpoint but it didn't seem to have much effect.Assuming you're converting it in OFFICE 2007, try opening the .ppt you already have that's 6 MB and saving it in an older version of office and SEE if the size changes.I DID NOT POST THAT 1ST MESSAGE!!!!!!! |
