Solve : ppt to flash with video help?

1.	Solve : ppt to flash with video help?
Answer» I am trying to use a free software, ispring to convert ppt with video to flash. I can convert the files but the videos don't play. I have TRIED downloading a codec to FIX it but I don't KNOW a thing about codecs and if I have to make it TALK to the software somehow or how to use it to fix the problem. Can ANYONE help?
