HELP please! SORRY, I am new at this, but I am desparate!!!!

We have just upgraded our network once again in this office. Why things are fixed when they ain’t broke is beyond me.

Our office is using XP Professional (networked).

I SHARE an HP4050 Laserjet with one other assistant. This printer has three trays. For some reason the printer will not allow me to print anything in trays 2 and 3 (bottom, middle) but will only allow me to print from the top tray. When I attempt to CHANGE the paper settings to the different trays, 2 error messages : 1. The selected paper size cannot be used with the current tray. The paper SOURCE setting will be CHANGED to Tray 1; 2. The selected paper tray cannot be used with the current paper size.

I have been able to get the printer to work in Outlook, Adobe, Paperport, MSWord - but not in WP11.

Does any one have any step by step instructions which I can use to get this to work.

As indicated - it was working before this upgraded network, but it is not now.
