Solve : Printer problem ?????

I recently purchased HPC5180All In One printer,installed as per instruction,worked well for a while, and then all the print jobs were qued up!!!!!!!!!! No matter what I did nothing SEEMED to work.
1. Uninstalled the SOFT ware as per instruction, and reinstalled, the same problem.
2. checked in Devise Manager and there is an YELLOW Exclamation Mark On :

Sony memory card reader/writter clicked on it says Device cannot START code 10.
LocationUSB device USB\VID_054C&PID_021F\0000001...........
Could this be the problem, how can i RESOLVE this situation

This suggests there is a driver issue........ perhaps not installed .......

did you uninstall a USB hub by any chance ?
