Answer» I have this Konica Minolta 2400 printer, and i formated my computer recently and i tried to install this program so i can use the printer but now when i start up the cd and click printer setup NOTHING comes up and i have tried this 100 times. I was wondering if anyone knew where i COULD download the printer setup online? Because i cant download it from the cd the cd works because i can READ the manual on it and other things but the setup WONT come up Once again thanks a million for your help Everyone here is so helpful Are you talking about the driver CD? Have you tried unplugging the printer, INSTALLING the drivers, then re-connecting the printer.Before when i installed the printer during the installation it said plug in the usb and turn on the printer... but now i cant even start the REAL installation...nothing comes up when i click on PRINTER SETUP....
